Each size has been independently developed for 2025—no shortcuts, just precision.
In 2024, profile and outline were reshaped, but this year we took it further: the full opening of the leach has been reworked for maximum efficiency.
The 4.9, 5.4, and 6.0 are easier to handle, with more control compared to the previous version—this is next-level performance.
For these sizes, we’re offering two different battens: a stiffer one for PWA racing and a softer one for speed sailing.
As for the 7.0, 7.8, and 8.8, they’ve gained at least one knot of max speed, thanks to a new later twist in the leach. Performance that speaks for itself.

Why? Downforce! Softness and stability! The AC-1 LTD pushes the deck down, eradicating any unwanted nose-lift from lively boards. It charges through, or rather over chop and swell.
This sail is insanely powerful but surprisingly easy to control. All the power is up front, leaving your back hand with zero effort to apply. It’s mega turbo powerful—the acceleration is insane.
But the force keeps the hull pinned down, leaving you in a high position of control over that thumping V12 of power at your fingertips.
When it comes to jibing, the entry is smooth thanks to its light profile at the rear, but brace yourself for that boosted acceleration as you flip the sail. With the 3-cam setup, the rotation is light and smooth, ensuring you’re always ready to keep the speed.
The AC-1pro needs to have the mast inserted on top of the cams. After pulling downhaul to 15cm of its final setting you can either put on the boom, and later slide in the cams before putting the final downhaul on, or place the cams on with the right technique, pulling on the full downhaul, and later putting the boom on. You will find more instructions and video on the support section on our website. Playing with the outhaul will boost up power or increase control. Tighten the lower 2 battens and the top batten, but just remove wrinkles on the other battens, without overtightening them.

Introducing a total 100% ANTI UV-RAY monofilm windsurfing sail
All our Ply, X-ply and Scrim monofilm are produced in the Unites States including the new 7548 Yellow. The less the transparent the monofilm, the more they will last in the sun. Just like our Black, our new Yellow monofilm, is also not transparent, and darker the colour the longer it will shield the material from the UV rays.
What damages the monofilm is not the heat, but the UV-Rays. These go through the monofilm, cooking the material, with the result that it will become stiffer and brittle. Our monofilm is built in layers with inside the coloured anti UV glue, which blocks completely the UV rays, compared to transparent monofilm.
